I got out of a serious relationship a year ago and I've been working hard on myself to make sure I don't make the same mistakes I've made in the past. So here I am putting my foot in the water and seeing what might be out there. I like to think of myself as funny and intelligent, even attractive, but it's of course all in the eye of the beholder. I'm not great in pictures as you can see, and in my opinion I look better in person. I spend 34 days in the gym and I'm getting ready to do a 5K. I try and stay active but I can also be pretty laid back. I enjoy going downtown for a drink or to see a live band and I love going out of town for the weekend. At this point I'm looking to date and I'm not looking to rush into anything. I'm simply putting myself out there to allow whatever is meant to happen to happen. I prefer someone without kids, as I want to experience that with someone since I haven't yet. I just prefer to start fresh. I'm very much into learning and growing and being open to God's plan and what He has for me. That doesn't mean I'm a Bible thumper. I don't attend church every Sunday, though I'd like to get back into it. I'm not perfect and I'm not looking for perfection. However, there has to be a level of physical attraction to go along with the personality. I want someone who's also active and takes care of her body.
